Good One Suites primarily provides hospitality and accommodation services.
No physical goods are shipped as part of standard bookings.

1. Service Delivery

• Booking confirmations are delivered electronically via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

• Any vouchers or invoices are issued digitally unless otherwise requested.

• If any physical promotional material or merchandise is offered, delivery timelines and charges will be communicated separately.
